Aiways stands for "Ai (means 'love' in Chinese) is on the way". Aiways Automobiles Company Ltd (also simply known as Aiways, Chinese: 爱驰) is a Chinese automobile manufacturer of electric cars founded in 2017. It was founded by Fu Qiang, former China sales chief of Volvo Cars, and Gary Gu in Shanghai.
